Storage and shelf life
VIVID Instant Custard Powder should be stored in the cool and dry place, to avoid direct sunlight. The shelf life is 18 months with original package.
Usage
Mix one part of VIVID Instant Custard Powder and 4 parts of water; whip for 1 minute at low speed with blender; whip 3~5 minutes at high speed till fine and smooth.
